Regarding stylistic choices of the site, here's what must be known. I chose basic HTML/CSS and
basic Latin charset with only a few exceptions to make the site as accessible as possible to users.
Code/Hosting
Neocities graciously is a cheap hosting option with zero-config setup and a clean UI.
We use a subset of HTML5 and CSS3. Everything is manually typed.
Format and Encoding
By and large we aim for ASCII/EN charset compliance for max compatibility. We write terms using the most
common romanizations for Japanese terms, and using a modified pinyin (we don't accent it). This
rule is excepted for stylistic reasons and when etymology or other lingual topics are in order.
As the site is Public Domain, you may reproduce it with revisions unless otherwise stated.
To avoid confusion, I ask edits be branded differently, archives are exempt.
